Summer:  May 27 - Sep 30, 2017.  $160 per night.
     1 week $1,120.

Off season:  $130 per night.  2 night minimum.

Thanksgiving:  $145 per night.  3 night minimum.

X-mas:  $145 pr night.  2 night minimum.

Additional information about rates

Cleaning Fee:  $75

Pet Fee:  $75

Tax:  11.8% on lodging, cleaning fee and pet fee (1.8% State; 9.0% County)

Refundable Damage Deposit:  $300

Notes

SUMMER / HOLIDAYS:  Week long requests are more likely to be accepted.  Shorter stays to fill in gaps and if not booked are welcome.  Please inquire.

Regular rate: $130/night (except for certain holidays, which are $160/night).

Memorial Day through end of September:  $160/night.

Owner's cancellation policy

100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
